Samsung Series 9 won't turn on

New Samsung Series 9 np900x3b owned for about a week, but won't turn on now. Display stays blank though blue power button light lights up. Tried holding down power button, disconnecting battery (via pin hole on back) but nothing.

The fans sometimes spin a little when it's turned on, but nothing comes up on the display.

Anyone seen this?
