Dell XPS 13 9343 (2015) - MAJOR Touchpad Issue - Hardware vs. Glitch?

After some month of rather light usage (few-couple hrs a day), I just cannot find a way to fix the touchpad issue.

The Issue:
1. After prolonged usage (few hours), it would randomly hangup or double finger scrolling will no longer work. There is absolutely no way to get it back, unless I put it back to sleep and back up. It works for a little while, until the issue is repeated.

2. The soft touch click will not work when this issues comes around. The double finger click for left click, also...
