XoticPC vs LPC Digital

I need a new laptop and have been looking at the Sager NP8651/Clevo P650SE. I'm buying it in the US but can't decide between XoticPC and LPC Digital. Both have the same price at $1,300ish (if I choose remove Sager branding XoticPC actually adds 1 cent tho, j/k). I heard that both have excellent service except in my experience, XoticPC seems to have slower communication which is quite important since in case of system failure and I need to contact them, it'd take longer than LPC Digital.
