P35K - Sound Issues, 3 months, still no fix from Gigabyte Support

Here's the deal... doesn't matter what you do with audio drivers, etc... the laptop has an audio problem. Not just my laptop, but all P35K's (and maybe other models? I don't know). The problem is this:
