I have followed every post , every settings, ect and never can i get a stable system. My thinking it usually someone will post their XTU settings, but won't post what they set in their bios before using XTU, ect. SOme peopel say use throttle stop instead of XTU which I actually would rather do. I currently have HWINFO running perfectly with custom fan profiles set up...
