New Computer: Windows 7 FTW or Windows 10?

So for my next computer, what shall I go for? Other than the looks, I still think Windows 7 is better performance wise and LOOK (as in UI) wise to me.

Is there anything I am missing? A new OS is supposed to bring better technology and performance but this is not the case as it seems....

I was hoping for better performance, proper DPI scaling like MacOS which doesn't break the UI of most programs that don't properly support DPI scaling but this doesn't seem as it's the case....
