I am looking for a windows laptop that is equal or better in performance than a MacBook Pro(
13.3" Display - 8GB Memory - 128GB Flash Storage
$1,150) at a lower price.

Important: low fan noise, light weight, speed

I am having the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 Series 2-in-1 in mind, but i hope to look for more alternatives and suggestions.
