Gaming the Go laptop help

Hi everybody, I'm looking for a gaming laptop i can take with me on the go ( I have a beast of a PC at home and would like to take my pc games on the go). I don't need ultra settings on everything, I am looking for performance. I want the laptop to be able to play games for the next 3 years Games such as witcher 3 , Arkham knight, fallout 4 and future games that come out. Any help or recommendations would be appreciated !
