Dell Latitude E7240 Freeze

Good morning all,

I have an issue with my dell Latitude E7240 Core i5, 4gb, 128gb SSD, W7 Enterprise 64 bits
When i close the laptop, it goes on sleep mode but when i open, it freeze.

Please can somebody help me !!!
