CF-29 Mk4 no sound

Hello everyone, I have a Panasonic CF-29 MK4 L3L GZBM Toughbook; 1.60GHz; 2048 MB system memory; 320 GB Prymary master, bought in the US a few years ago, Windows XP sp3 Os.
Since there are no more 'updates of XP I have bought a new disk IDE / PATA 320 GB and install INDOWS 7. Unfortunately I had no more sound, so I replaced the new Primary with the old one.
