Best thinkpad I can get 4lb 14" or 15" QHD or higher res 16gb/32gb ram config

I've not bothered with the new thinkpads (or similar business notebook) and by now I think something has to fit the requirements. A thinkpad is preferred as I can get EPP or a good outlet deal. But I'm ok with an Elitebook, Precision, latitude, etc
