Ever since I got my XPS 13 (infinity display), non-touch i5 laptop with 1920x1080 matte screen, I have noticed strange and intermittent pixelation / blurriness on certain icons or dialogue boxes that pop up. My feeling is that it's a Windows formatting issue, but I called Dell and they said they would replace the screen.
