MSI GS60 audio and body issues

Hey guys, just got my MSI GS60 from Amazon and it looks like none of the original software came with it (bought like new), so I had to re download most of it. As of right now there's 3 things that are really concerning me 1. The audio is horrible, sounds like a $5 speaker you buy at Walmart. 2.
