Laptop Fan replacement,blue,brown,gray,black wires too red,yellow,blue,black?

Hello, I need to swap a fan in a laptop, the original fan has blue,brown,gray, and black wires. I have two replacement fans that are the same voltage and amperage but they both have red,yellow, blue, and black wires. Does anyone know which wires match up?
