USB ports not working after Win7 boots

Hey guys, today I noticed a strange problem with my M18x R1. I let my machine download something overnight and uTorrent automatically powered my computer off. In the morning I powered it on and the bios (POST) boot progress bar was stuck at like one fourth. I know what is the problem, USB stick left in my Toshiba U3.0 docking station. So I removed the stick and shut down the computer like I did many times before. But today I started to have a very weird problem.
