Overall, Best laptop for everything

Call me niave, but I'm willing to spend some cash. But I need a laptop that'll last me about 4-5 years. And I need it to have awesome display, and to be able to handle photoshop editing, as well as some light gaming. And I need it to be durable enough to travel with and have no real issues with compatibility. I have a 13 inch macbook non retina. I was looking at a 15 inch macbook pro retina, or a razor blade laptop, but each has it owns cons. I was wondering if anyone had any inputs on this...
