Cpu throttle is fixed, CPU would stay at 3.3ghz while playing witcher 3 for about 10 minutes and it would go down to 2.4ghz and will stay there until I restart my PC. Is this another Dell crippled bios? Any one of u having this issue? How do I fix this if is not related to bios. (180W psu) temp when gaming
Gpu- around 60 to 65
CPU around 70
