Will the 970m sli work on a P370sm

I have the clevo P370sm with 780m sli. I wanted to upgraded the graphics cards to 970m sli.

Will it work, just plug and play or do I need some special bios or something.

And how much faster are the 970m sli vs 780m sli in performance. I will sell both 780m's and upgrade for about $150 to the 970m's. I would like to know if its worth the upgrade to people.
