Usb has exceed power limits of its hub?

Hey guys i get this error mentioned above.I dont know why this happens cause i was reading a slideshow in powerpoint and that appeared without any reason?Is there any solution for this?Seems that after that only one usb port works and three arent working.I hope its just a software malfunction.IS there any solution for that?Im using windows 7 64 bit btw

edit:its seem they work all now but it wont recognize notepal u3(external fan) when i connect it even though it was recognized on the right...
