Urgent help please about Clevo p150hm

my old 6990m suddenly showed black screen and after many attempts to fix it with no hope i bought a Nvidia Quadro FX 2800m as i saw in http://ift.tt/1LI2PiZ it did work with this guy plug and play, but now after i plugged the card in, my screen still black but now the laptop beeps and flash the 3 lights then go off.

any suggestions are welcomed
