SSD - Slow Boot Win8.1 black boot screen any advice.

Hi.

I start my notebook it shows windows loading then black screen for 30 seconds and then it boots to the desktop.

What is it doing for the 30 seconds when the screen is black, I have checked my startup`s and everything seems ok.

Total boot time 73 seconds till everything finishes loading.
