Spoke with Alienware tech supervisor today

after speaking with a woman who answered the phone for 35minutes, because she said Alienware is releasing a new bios in September for the Alienware 18. . I wanted to know what they have planned and asked to be switched to an actual Alienware tech support guy. She wanted $89.00 just to connect me, I argued I paid over $5,000 for a laptop, I'm not pAying for a phone call.


Supervisor got on the phone and finally he admitted , there will no new bios ever for the 18. The bios being worked on...
