OSX 10.10.4 Unresponsiveness Issues

My MBP was running just fine with 10.10.3, this weekend I decided to updated to 10.10.4 and now my machine has random unresponsiveness.

Examples:

• I'll be watching YouTube and the video will freeze but audio will continue to play, if I open up a new tab I get the spinner and then it will eventually open up, and the video will unfreeze.
• If I try to quit a program it never fully quits, I have to go into Activity Monitor to force quit the program.
