Is it safe to put Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra on a graphics card chip?

I am getting kinda desperate to cool down a pair of 780m SLI on a Clevo p370sm. When I play games the temps are getting over 90C-92C and I'm not even overclocking the graphics cards.

I got the laptop with the same temperatures. I repasted, the temps dropped a few degrees, I repasted again and the same temps appear. The paste I use now is called Antec formula 7. It was the best stuff at the store when I went. I usually use AS5 but lost the tube.
