I want to buy a Dell XPS 13 laptop but Dell won't take my money

I am looking to buy a new laptop and chose the Dell XPS 13 as the model I want to buy, and I want it with a Portuguese keyboard.

I live in Portugal. I went to the Dell Portugal and they list the XPS 13 there, but you cannot buy it from the website, only through retailers. The retailers put a markup of 15% to 25% on top of Dell's prices, and they only sell with 3 years of onsite warranty which I don't need. This means that the model I want to buy changes from 1200€ to 1800€, a 50% markup...
