GTA 5 problem

Hi all. Sometimes when playing GTA 5 especially when driving around it's not very smooth. The scenary becomes juddery as you move along.

Is the 780M not able for this game? I didn't change any game settings just whatever the default in the game is. Any tips on setting? What's the max the card can go to on this game?
