GS60 4k Pro i7 6700 - m.2 SSD (Should I buy SATA or PCIe) for RAID 0

I just bought the new MSI GS60 Pro 4K with the Intel i7 5700. It only comes with one (1) m.2 128GB SSD hard drive. I want to RAID 0.

Do I buy the m.2 128GB SATA or PCIe?
