First off, you can't change any of the EQ settings when there's no audio playing.
When there is, then it looks like:

The sickening part is how every time you click on any of the bars to change them, it jumps wildly. But then the values aren't even set properly.
If you drag one up, it'll jump to the top, then slowly float down to only be a couple of levels higher than where it was.
Completely counter-intuitive...
