Does a Budget Laptop for CAD Work Exist?

Hi, I am an engineering student looking for a cheap laptop that I can do some CAD work on. I've been searching around the forum and the most common suggestions seem to be:

- Lenovo W530/W540
- Dell Precision M3800/M4800
- HP ZBook
- HP Elitebook 8570W

I want a new laptop, and each of these are several hundreds of dollars out of my price range. My price range is below $1000. It does not have to be a professional CAD workstation, but I won't be doing much on it besides 3D modeling...
